Michael Moskowitz President, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Moskowitz is responsible for overseeing all aspects of XM Canada's operations from OEM and aftermarket sales to programming, marketing, partnership development, finance and operations. He has outstanding experience as a leader having worked more than 15 years in the Canadian communications and technology industries. Mr. Moskowitz is former President, Americas International of Palm, Inc. which encompasses Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to Palm, he worked at several leading global consumer electronics product companies. Mr. Moskowitz was a 'Top 40 Under 40' award recipient in 2004 and holds an honours degree from York University and an MBA from Dalhousie University.

Michael Washinushi Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Washinushi, who has been with XM Canada since the spring of 2005, has the overall responsibility for financial reporting, corporate governance, investor relations, legal and regulatory requirements at XM Canada.
Michael has more than 15 years experience in the corporate finance and planning spanning multiple industries including food service, real estate and telecommunications. Previously he has served as EVP at Scott's Real Estate Investment Trust and as Director of Finance for Priszm Canadian Income Fund. He holds a bachelor's degree from York University

Janet Gillespie Vice President, Marketing
Ms. Gillespie is responsible for marketing and corporate communications, product & supply, partnerships and business development as well as Canadian content development for XM Canada. With more than 20 years of marketing and sales experience with leading technology and communications firms, Ms. Gillespie led marketing efforts for Palm handheld computers and Treo smartphones for eight years. Prior to Palm, Janet held other account management and marketing positions involving strategic communications and public relations, channel marketing, as well as advertising and direct marketing strategies.

Mark Knapton Vice President, Customer Operations
Mr. Knapton manages the Listener Care activities as well as customer operations including the repeater network and customer service strategies to drive sales and manage churn. He has more than 24 years of experience in customer care environments in both the airline and telecommunications industries.

Gino Ortuso Director, Aftermarket Sales
In his current role at XM Canada, Mr. Ortuso is responsible for sales of various hardware units through retail, independent dealers as well as commercial channels. He has more than 20 years experience developing sales channels with companies such as Toshiba, 3Com and Telus Mobility. Mr. Ortuso holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in marketing from Concordia University.

Scott Williams Director, Automotive Channels
In his current role Mr. Williams is responsible for developing and executing the strategies necessary to advance Canadian OEM subscriber acquisition. He is an experienced sales and marketing leader accustomed to working in fast-paced, high-growth businesses, having previously held director-level positions with Research In Motion and Amp'd Mobile. He holds an honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
