Q: What does the merger news mean?
A: We announced a definitive merger agreement between Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc., parent company of XM Canada (XM Canada) and SIRIUS Satellite Radio Canada (SIRIUS Canada). This merger of equals creates a leading Canadian media company that will be able to deliver more choice and content to listeners and more revenue growth to shareholders.

Q: Will this impact my programming?
A: In the short term there will be no impact on programming. However the newly formed company will provide greater content choice and greater programming opportunities. Over time, we will offer listeners access to the best of both companies programming, including a wider range of commercial-free music channels, exclusive and non-exclusive sports coverage, news, talk and entertainment programming. The future is exciting!

Q: Will I be able to add Sirius programming to my package?
A: We hope to provide new programming options as soon as possible following completion of the merger. Until then, you will still receive the same quality content and entertainment choices from XM Canada that you are accustomed to.
