FM Modulation Fix

An issue has been identified with the FM modulation on certain satellite radios offered by both ourselves and our competitor. FM modulation is a built-in function that allows you to tune to an FM frequency with your vehicle’s stereo system and listen to your XM service.The FM modulation function can potentially interfere with the FM reception of other vehicles in your proximity. We want assure you that this does not pose any health and safety risk.

Industry Canada is aware of this issue and has approved the Roady XT for sale and usage in Canada. However a simple fix for your Roady XT unit must first be deployed. You can easily install this modification yourself. A complete set of installation instructions will be provided with your kit. If you use the FM modulation on your Roady XT, please visit fmfix.xmradio.ca to order two small 'ferrites' which will clip on to both your antenna and power wires of your XM radio. The installation will only take minutes to complete. This solution is provided absolutely free of charge.
