I don't know my BlackBerry model name/number. How do I find it?
Follow these steps to determine your BlackBerry model name/number:
- Click the BlackBerry menu button
- Select the Options menu item (wrench)
- Select About
- Your BlackBerry model/device name will be displayed in the About screen
How do I download the XM online+ App for BlackBerry
If you are an existing XM online+ subscriber, or need to re-install the XM online+ for BlackBerry App, visit http://www.xmradio.ca/blackberry/ on your BlackBerry device, and select your BlackBerry device model to download and install. If you are new to XM, click here to register for a free trial of XM online+ for BlackBerry. When you register, select the your Blackberry device model to receive the appropriate download link.

How To Quickly Navigate The Channel List
Select "Categories" at the bottom of the screen - this reveals a list of all categories - click the category you would like to jump to and the "Channels" list will jump to that specific category.
How To Tune A Channel
Select "Channels" at the bottom of the screen - this reveals a list of all channels - click the channel you would like to play and, after loading, it will begin to play.
How To See What Channel Is Currently Playing
Select "Playing" at the bottom of the screen - this reveals the Channel Logo as well as the Artist/Song info of the currently-playing channel.
How To Find Out More Detail On A Given Channel
Select "Channels" at the bottom of the screen - this reveals a list of all channels - to the right of every channel is a silver "i" button - click this button to reveal a menu of options associated with that channel. Click "Channel Detail" to reveal more detail on any given channel. Click "Close Channel" to return to the channel list.
How To View Your Favourites
Select "Favourites" at the bottom of the screen - this will reveal a list of any channels you have added as "Favourites". Click any channel to begin listening.
How To Add A Channel To Favourites
Select "Channels" at the bottom of the screen - this reveals a list of all channels - to the right of every channel is a silver "i" button - click this button to reveal a menu of options associated with that channel. Click "Add To Favourites" and that channel will be added to your list of favourites.
Quick Tip: Quickly Add A Favourite
Select "Channels" at the bottom of the screen - Swipe your finger horizontally along the channel you would like added to your favourites - this will reveal a silver and green "+" button - click this button and that channel will be added to your list of favourites.
How To Remove A Channel From Your Favourites
Select "Favourites" at the bottom of the screen - this reveals a list of your favourite channels - to the right of every channel is a silver "i" button - click this button to reveal a menu of options associated with that channel. Click "Remove Favorite" and that channel will be removed from your list of favourites.
Quick Tip: Quickly Remove A Favourite
Select "Favourites" at the bottom of the screen - Swipe your finger horizontally along the favourite you would like removed - this will reveal a silver and red "-" button - click this button and that channel will be removed from your list of favourites.
How To Change Device Settings
Select "Settings" at the bottom of the screen and then select the options you would like to change. For example: You can hide "Unsubscribed Channels" by toggling the option from "SHOW to HIDE" by clicking that row. You can also logout from under settings if you want to change your username & password or if you want to erase your settings prior to selling your device.
